    Meeting was called to order by Michele Higginbotham at FCB in Jourdanton.  The blessing was offered by Tommy Hairston followed by the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and Texas flags and the Four Way Test.

            Old Business:  

• Shannon made the motion to approve minutes from May 9, 2023, as presented.  Jack seconded the motion and minutes were approved.    
• Discussion of the RYLA scholarship funding.  More discussion will follow at the next business meeting. 
  
  New Business:  

• Thanks for lunch, Joyce!  
• No meeting on the May 23^rd. 
• Rotary Ann/Andy will be held at Theresa’s at 6:00 pm on May 24^th.  Don’t forget your item for potluck. BYOB.  I live at 133 Woodland Drive in Pleasanton.  Bring your lawn chair.  Shannon and Jim will bring their Corn Toss games.
