Meeting was called to order by Michele Higginbotham at FCB in Jourdanton.  The blessing was offered by Tommy Hairston followed by the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and Texas flags and the Four Way Test.   

Members present:    14

Guest present:  Darrell Andrus

Treasury Report:  Finance committee met.  We will talk more about that meeting at next Rotary meeting.  

          New Business

Homecoming dinner September 23rd

Think of Rotary items for Pleasanton Express.  Send photos to Shannon of club activities.

Jim & Michele will be switching meal on 9/27 and 11/8.

Soon the hospital will be an option for meeting place again.

5th Tuesday (Aug 30th) will be held at Peeler Ranch.  Possible potluck.

Keep thinking of anyone you might want to recruit for membership.
