Meeting was called to order by Michele Higginbotham at FCB in Jourdanton. The blessing was offered by Tommy Hairston followed by the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance to the United States and Texas flags and the Four Way Test.

Business:
$50 check was sent Cowboy Fellowship to support the Fall Festival
200 plates ordered, sold 210 plates, 159 plates were picked up. Profit $590 on dinner, $203 on desserts
An additional $100 was collected for enchilada dinner resulting in a profit of $690
$25 check was sent to City of Pleasanton for participation in the Park Winter Wonderland
Old Business:
Benita made a motion to approve the November 9, 2021, minutes. Ronnie seconded and motion passed unanimously.
New Business:
Plan to decorate the tree at the Pleasanton City Park on November 30th at 5:00 pm. It will be taken down on January 4th.
Interact will meet at an off campus site before or after school. Site and time will be determined.
November 27th – Small Business Saturday on Simmons Ave 9am to 1pm, Shop local.
Bill made the motion with a second by Benita to host a golf raiser fundraiser. Motion passed unanimously.
Jack made the motion with a second by Michele to host the tournament on March 27, 2022. Motion passed unanimously.
Bill made the motion and Pepper Jo seconded to sell a minimum of 3 50/50 Raffle tickets for the tournament. Motion passed unanimously. Committee was formed and meetings will be scheduled.
Benita made the motion, Monica seconded and approved:
Casa - $50 gift cards
Angel Tree – Angels available for pickup at FCB
Safer Path – keeping low key this year, ongoing, will be at Merry on Main serving hot chocolate, $25 gift cards
Christmas Party: Thursday, December 16th, 6:00 pm, Andrus’ Home, white elephant – food sign up coming soon. Alternate date may be needed.
District Governor shared there are programs that will do presentations on Human Trafficking awareness.
Keep thinking of anyone you might want to recruit for membership.
RYLA owes Rotary $1,000. (Don’t forget)
RYLA will be January 14th through January 17th.
November will have a 5th Tuesday, on the 30th. Be thinking about a Rotary Ann/Andy social.
December 9th, Pleasanton Christmas Party at Lew’s and we are invited
December 18th, American Legion will have Piece2Pieces
January 11th District Governor will attend our meeting. Board will meet prior to the meeting at 11:11 am on 1/11/11+11

Next Meeting: Regular Meeting will be held at the First Commercial Bank on December 7, 2021. No meeting on November 23rd or November 30th.
